Candidates must have a desire to join a great team dedicated to providing outstanding and superior hospitality.\nWe currently have the following shifts available: full time\nThe Dining Room Supervisor at The Glenview at Pelican Bay is responsible for being the primary Food & Beverage contact until management arrives. Verifies schedules, checks deliveries and carries Food & Beverage cell phone. Provides coverage for any area/server station in the absence of scheduled dining room staff.\nThe Dining Room Supervisor is responsible for the following services including but not limited to:\nCoordinates the seating of the residents and guests in an efficient, courteous manner\nLead the daily pre-shift lineup for dinner service, ensuring all dining room servers are prepared for service.\nSchedules stations and work assignments for the wait staff and check out servers to make sure standards are met.\nRecords meal counts, reservations and additional charges.
