This position is responsible for transporting residents to grocery store, monthly outings and extended trips as scheduled; assists in performing housekeeping duties as required.\nPerks of Working at The Delaney of Bridgewater:\n401k plan with employer match \nDental Insurance \nHealth Insurance \nVision Insurance \nLife Insurance \nPaid Time Off \nDaily Pay \nExtraordinary Rewards Program\nFree meal during your shift! \nSchedule: Part-time / Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9am to 5pm\nSalary: $17/hour\nHere are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Driver:\nDrive van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs.\nAssist Director of Life Enrichment or Life Enrichment Coordinator in assisting residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.).\nLoad groceries and other purchased items into bus/van.\nSchedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance.\nClean and wash vehicle.\nMay perform housekeeping functions as directed.\nSupports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy. \nHere are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:\nHigh school diploma or GED required\nMinimum six (6) months experience as a bus/van driver required\nThe Community embraces a culture of hospitality.
