This position may be assigned to laundry services or other EVS areas as needed and is expected to maintain flexibility in supporting all EVS assignments to accommodate business needs.\nJob Duties:\nPerforms general housekeeping duties in apartments such as vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting all cleared, flat surfaces.\nPerforms general housekeeping duties of common areas as directed by supervisor.\nAccomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor.\nMaintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition.\nAttends in-service training and education sessions as assigned.\nPerforms specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.\nMaintains resident confidentiality at all times.\nCross-trains in all EVS assignments, including laundry and cottages.
