You’ll find several opportunities to grow as a professional, serve the community, and enhance the lives of seniors.\nWhat You’ll Do:\n·Support the marketing team with print, digital and presentation design projects\n·Design polished graphics, presentations, guides and marketing materials\n·Contribute to brand campaigns and new-business initiatives\n·Prepare and optimize digital imagery for web, email and responsive applications\n·Help develop concepts, mood boards and creative directions\n·Manage multiple projects from initial concept through final production\n·Present concepts and creative ideas to the marketing team\n·Incorporate feedback and follow established brand standards\n·Prepare production-ready files and conduct quality-control reviews\n·Collaborate with writers, marketers and other internal partners\n·Support the design, development and testing of responsive HTML email campaigns\n·Help translate approved designs into email-friendly layouts using HTML and CSS\n·Review emails for visual consistency, usability and responsiveness across devices\nKnowledge & Skills:\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication design or a related field \nSophomore, junior or senior standing \nGraphic or digital design experience gained through coursework, employment, freelance work or a previous internship \nProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud\nHigh level of competency with Microsoft Office Suite\nStrong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy and brand consistency \nStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines \nExcellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills \nAbility to accept feedback, follow art direction and revise work thoughtfully \nA portfolio demonstrating design thinking and proficiency across relevant applications\nPreferred but not required:\nExperience with HTML and CSS, particularly for email design \nFamiliarity with motion design or Adobe After Effects \nFamiliarity with accessible and responsive design principles\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nPursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Marketing, Public Relations or Communications or a related major \nMust have graphic or digital design experience from an internship, job or coursework. \nSophomore, Junior or Senior standing.\nWhy join us?\nHands-on experience in a professional environment \nMentorship and exposure to senior leadership \nOpportunities for networking and career development\nMeaningful project work that makes an impact \nCompetitive hourly rate: $22.50/hour\nOur Commitment\nLCS creates living experiences that enhance the lives of seniors.
