You'll form genuine connections with residents, work alongside a supportive team, and live our Extraordinary Impressions Values every day.\nYour Responsibilities:\nProvide technical support to residents and staff for computers, mobile devices, printers, VoIP phones, and other equipment.\nRespond to IT service requests and assist with reviewing and completing work orders.\nShadow IT staff to gain exposure to daily operations, system maintenance, and technology management.\nAssist with device setup, equipment deployments, and annual computer refresh projects.\nAssist with maintaining IT documentation and equipment inventory.\nAssist with AV and technology setup for meetings, events, presentations, and podcast recordings.\nParticipate in campus technology initiatives and expansion-related projects.\nAssist with additional IT projects and tasks as assigned.\nWhat Success Looks Like:\nGED or High School Diploma required.\nEnrolled in or recent graduate of a program from a two or four-year college/university; preferably in Information Technology or a similar degree.\nStrong interest in Information Technology.\nStrong oral and written communication skills.\nEnjoy a fast-paced work environment.\nPrevious customer service experience preferred.\nBe passionate about providing the best care to the residents we serve.\nGreenwood Village South is an equal opportunity employer.
