You’ll find several opportunities to grow as a professional, serve the community, and enhance the lives of seniors.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nConfigure, customize, and integrate LCS business systems to meet complex business needs and improve functionality.\n\nBuild, maintain, and proactively monitor system integrations, interfaces, files, jobs, and data flows. Resolve root causes and prevent business disruption.\n\nServe as a subject matter expert and advise stakeholders on capabilities, best practices, and industry trends.\n\nLead upgrades, patches, enhancements, and AI-enabled changes from planning through adoption while ensuring stability, security, and business value.\n\nTranslate business needs into technical solutions that improve processes and workflows. Identify appropriate uses for automation, machine learning, generative AI, and conversational tools.\n\nMaintain clear system and AI solution documentation, including configurations, support procedures, data requirements, controls, and testing evidence.\n\nEvaluate emerging technologies, system updates, automation platforms, and AI capabilities. Recommend secure, scalable, and well-governed solutions aligned with business priorities.\n\nAnalyze alerts, performance trends, integration failures, recurring incidents, and escalated tickets. Implement corrective and preventive actions that improve reliability.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience required.\n\nSix or more years of related experience required; direct business systems experience preferred.\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills. Able to interpret system data, recognize patterns, assess risk, and prevent recurring issues.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.\n\nDetail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work on schedule.\n\nAble to consult with and influence large stakeholder groups.\n\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.\n\nExperience with SQL, scripting, integrations, workflow automation, low-code/no-code platforms, monitoring, analytics, or AI development tools preferred.
