The Move-In Coordinator works in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the community and/or specific instruction from the Director of Marketing and Sales. The Move-In Coordinator performs all the necessary functions of ensuring a successful move-in of all future residents.\nHere are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Move-In Coordinator:\nAssists and guides future residents in available selections (kitchens, flooring, colors, up-grades).\nCommunicates with internal stakeholders including community leadership and other departments along with vendors as needed regarding any requests for construction/physical plant changes.\nPrepares closing documentation and internal communication timely and accurately.\nServes as the primary contract with the future resident regarding move-in dates and details surrounding the move-in.\nDevelops and updates as needed the community move-in guide.\nStaffs the office to meet business needs which may include evenings, weekends and holidays.\nServes as a backup for inquiry calls, walk in tours and scheduled appointments.\nParticipates in marketing events as directed by the Director of Sales & Marketing.\nUpdates as needed the community move-in resource guide.\nAssumes responsibilities for personal work areas and maintaining areas in a presentable manner. \nHere are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:\nBachelor’s degree (emphasis in sales/marketing preferred)\nTwo years’ experience in marketing/sales\nOne year experience in senior housing or healthcare-related field\nOne year experience in hospitality preferred.\nThe Community embraces a culture of hospitality.
