South Port Square is actively seeking a hospitality-driven professional to join our growing team! #nonclinical\nABOUT THE ROLE:\nThe Painter is responsible for performing accurate and efficient painting and wall coverings. Duties include, but are not limited to, the interior and exterior maintenance of painted areas of the community.\nHere are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Painter:\nPerform assigned painting/wallcovering as directed.\nMaintain the esthetics of high traffic common areas (painting and wallcovering).\nRestore painted areas in vacated units to like-new conditions.\nPerform drywall repairs as needed.\nAccomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor.\nTake all safety precautions concerning residents, staff, and visitors (i.e. utilize ‘wet paint’ signs, safety cones, and caution tape).\nMaintain all tools, equipment and supplies in proper condition.\nSupports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy.\nHere are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:\nWorking knowledge of commercial and residential painting/wallcovering. \n Proficiency in the English language enabling the employee to read, write, comprehend, and communicate simple instructions, correspondence, memos, etc. \nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. \nAbility to deal with problems involving few concrete variables in standardized situations. \nWillingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community. \nDoctor’s statement verifying free from communicable disease, if applicable in your state\nMust be flexible and have integrity.\nWhat We Offer:\n401K with employer match\nDental Insurance \nHealth Insurance \nVision Insurance \nLife Insurance \nPaid Time Off \nDaily Pay \nExtraordinary Rewards Program\nFun, caring, inclusive work environment!\nFull-Time Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM\nSalary: From $17.00 per hour\nBackground Screening Requirement: This position requires background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
