In this role you will be responsible planning, scheduling, and coordinating meaningful activities appropriate to the needs and interests of residents and conducive to their physical, mental, and social well-being.\nThe Receptionist serves as a warm and welcoming presence within the Assisted Living/Memory Care neighborhoods and/or the Health Center. As the first point of contact for residents, families, and guests, you play a vital role in creating a positive, professional, and inviting atmosphere that reflects our commitment to exceptional service and compassionate care\nKey Responsibilities:\nAnswering and directing calls with warmth and efficiency using our switchboard system\n\nGreeting residents, families, guests, and vendors-making everyone feel at home from the moment they arrive\n\nManaging incoming deliveries, including packages, mail, and magazines\n\nMonitoring building access and ensuring all visitors sign in for safety and security\n\nMaintaining secure entry points accessible to the public\n\nSubmitting maintenance requests on behalf of residents and staff\n\nPreparing documents such as memos, correspondence, and other communications\n\nEntering resident information into our system with accuracy and attention to detail\n\nAssisting with coordinating transportation for residents\n\nOrdering and organizing supplies\n\nSupporting the team with additional tasks asassigned by your supervisor\n\nQualifications:\nMust be 18 years or older\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\n\nPrior Experience
