The work is completed both directly by internal teams and third-party services such as design firms, trade contractors, construction managers, equipment suppliers, and other service providers.\nEmployment Status: Full Time- Exempt.\nSalary Range: $100,547- $129,813\nWhy You'll Love Working Here\nMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance; HSA and FSA options( PT/FT)\nLife and Disability coverage (basic and voluntary)- ( FT)\nVoluntary Accident, Critical Illness, Identity & Fraud Protection, and Pet Insurance(FT)\nCompetitive benefits and 401(k) with company match\nReferral Bonus Program - Up to $500 per referral!\nGenerous PTO, Paid Holidays and Bereavement Leaves (PT/FT)\nEmployee Assistance Program & a Safe and clean work environment \nBirthday Celebration, Service Tenure Awards and Monthly Employee Engagement Activities\nCareer Advancement Opportunities\nTuition Reimbursement Program\nA warm, engaging, and mission-driven workplace where your impact truly matters\nHere are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Capital Project Manager:\nParticipate in fixed asset projections.Perform takeoffs.\nDevelop requests for proposals (RFPs)\nDevelop schedules.\nDevelop accurate budgets.\nCoordinate directly with all contractors on the project.\nReview submittals.\nResponsible for communications with Residents, Staff and Vendors\nCoordinate with all departments when a project impacts their activities or space.\nCreate professional correspondence.\nAble to troubleshoot and problem-solve.\nMaintain and protect the confidentiality of resident information by following HIPAA regulations.\nAll work must comply with all authorities having jurisdiction.\nProvide the necessary leadership and responsibility for managing all existing capital improvement projects.\nFacilitates the collection of project requirements, objectives, and expectations, and clearly communicates this information to management and project teams.\nEvaluates performance of project team members, or project managers assigned to the function of project management.\nDevelops The Forum’s Project Management Process in execution of capital projects.\nManage project documentation of all capital projects and drawings.\nMonitor the progress of the project and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.\nReview the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.\nManage all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures.\nAble to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.\nAccountable for project controls: project cost estimating, planning/scheduling, project benchmarking, effective cost control/forecasting, effective project progress control, contracting/procurement-plans, cash flow management, and financial status of the project.\nInitiate and manage property and liability insurance claims with the insurance carrier, contractors, and the design team to seek reimbursement for damage.\nBe an integral part of the fixed asset reserve task force and work with the CFO, Plant Ops.
