This position supports both housekeeping and laundry services, assists with resident transitions, and helps maintain our high standards for comfort and cleanliness.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOversee daily housekeeping and laundry schedules and coordinate updates with the Director\nCommunicate with residents regarding services, updates, and schedule changes\nManage scheduling for deep cleans, carpet and window cleaning\nAssist with apartment move-in/move-out procedures and inspections\nProcess supply orders and code invoices for the Environmental Services department\nCross-train in basic housekeeping and laundry tasks to provide hands-on support when needed\nProvide general support to the Environmental Services team as assigned\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\nPrevious experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or environmental services preferred\nStrong communication and organizational skills\nAbility to multitask, work independently, and manage shifting priorities\nBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (e.g., cleaning, moving furniture)\nMust be able to communicate effectively in English to perform essential job duties.\nWhy Join Us?\nBe part of a team that values excellence, teamwork, and resident care.
