provide the analytics teams with trends and actionable recommendations/information.\nCollaborate with platform and product teams to ensure all relevant data is being collected.\nData Strategy Execution\nAlign data needs to business objectives, formulate a data roadmap.\nPrepare data for predictive and prescriptive modeling.\nPlanning, building, and delivering highly reliable ETL processes.\nPlanning, building, and developing real-time analytics through data pipelines.\nOther Responsibilities\nManage user events in the YouVersion bible app to bring our data governance to the next level.\nEngage as an active contributor within our agile development process.\nTake ownership of projects and oversee them with minimal direction.\nManage schedules and duties to efficiently meet the needs of the organization in the pursuit of leading others to become fully devoted follower of Christ.\nWhat You Bring\nExperience: 3-5 years of related work experience.\n Education: Bachelor’s degree + advanced certification.\nAbility to self-motivate, make independent decisions and problem solve with innovation.\nEffective at multi-tasking and time management to meet strict deadlines while remaining flexible and open to\nchange.\nExcellent verbal, written, and oral communication skills to clearly explain complicated processes and foster\nPartnerships.\nStrong presentation creation and facilitation skills.\nEffective at process and organizational management to coordinate, structure and provide vision to projects.\nSkilled in Python, Go, Java, C++ or other general-purpose programming languages.\nProficient with data orchestration tools such as Airflow, Luigi, dbt, etc.\nProficient in Database Management Systems, such as Postgres or MySQL.\nExperienced with Google Cloud Platform or other cloud data solutions such as AWS or Azure.\nUnderstanding of user event data collection products such as Firebase, Flurry or Posthog.\nGreat at problem solving complicated technological issues
