with the direction of their team to further Life.Church’s mission and to reach people for Christ.\nWhat You'll Do\nProvide Infrastructure Management and Support\nArchitect, deploy, and manage comprehensive infrastructure solutions that align with organizational goals and future growth.\nSupport current infrastructure management software and identify opportunities for new solutions.\nManage account maintenance for staff and ensure exceptional day-one experiences for new users.\nPerform regular infrastructure and server-side maintenance to ensure optimal performance.\nManage the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, including provisioning, configuration, and multiregion solutions.\nOversee Microsoft 365 product offerings, including provisioning and configuration.\nEnsure high availability and reliability through proactive monitoring and infrastructure management.\nArchitect and manage enterprise-scale storage solutions, including unified storage systems.\nConfigure and maintain software-defined storage infrastructure with advanced features including snapshots, replication, and tiered storage management.\nConfigure enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions with automated scheduling, deduplication, and long-term retention policies.\nMonitor storage performance metrics, capacity planning, and implement predictive analytics for proactive storage management.\nManager Security and Compliance\nImplement and maintain security and data privacy standards across all software solutions.\nManage security and access controls for cloud-based solutions.\nDevelop and implement policy-driven data protection best practices to prevent data loss.\nEnsure compliance with organizational security standards and industry best practices.\nDeliver Technical Operations and Escalation Support\nParticipate in 24/7 on-call rotation to address and resolve technical escalations.\nServe as escalation point for IT Helpdesk regarding organization-wide software issues.\nResolve tickets promptly while maintaining clear communication on progress throughout the process.\nRespond to escalated tickets with focus on positive customer experience.\nDetermine root cause of issues and communicate appropriately to internal and external customers.\nFoster Collaboration, Vendor Partners, and Innovation\nCollaborate with other Infrastructure Engineers to achieve desired outcomes.\nIntegrate and partner with internal teams to solve complex problems.\nManage relationships with vendors and serve as a primary point of contact.\nAssist IT team with procurement card coding and vendor-related activities.\nRevise and maintain technical and operational documentation, including procedures.\nCollaborate on Discovery, Scope, and Deployment phases of organization-wide software solutions.\nDevelop and maintain current knowledge of scripting languages.\nResearch technology trends and partner with other organizations or vendors to improve infrastructure.\nSeek opportunities to innovate current infrastructure hardware and processes.\nLeverage AI-assisted tooling to improve team efficiency, documentation quality, and system automation.\nSkills Needed to Succeed\nExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in order to maintain relationships and partnerships.\nMaintain a systematic and development tools and a willingness to integrate emerging technologies into daily workflows.\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\n1-3 years of related work experience.\nFundamentals (MS-900) or Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) Microsoft 365 certification or equivalent documented knowledge and experience.\n1+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure involving design, deployment, configuration, and optimization.\n1+ years of experience with IaaS and PaaS solutions.\n1+ years of experience of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, or Microsoft Entra IDexperience involving design, deployment, configuration, and optimization.\nProficient experience scripting with Python and
