Together with the Working Foremen, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of the warehouse and know exactly what is needed to ensure people and processes work together effectively.\nWhat will you be doing?\nAs a Warehouse Team Leader, you are responsible for ensuring that the daily operations within your department run smoothly. You create structure, monitor planning and ensure that safety, quality and productivity remain at the required level.\nYou manage the Working Foremen and make sure employees are assigned to the right tasks. Do you see an opportunity to work smarter or more efficiently? You don't wait around: you suggest improvements and work with the team to put them into practice. You report directly to the Warehouse Manager.\nYour responsibilities include:\nManaging, coaching and motivating the Working Foremen and employees within your department.\n\nPlanning and coordinating daily activities and monitoring progress.\n\nEnsuring the efficient deployment of employees, equipment and resources.\n\nMonitoring an accurate and efficient flow of goods while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.\n\nEnsuring compliance with working procedures, working hours, break times and safety regulations.\n\nMaintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.\n\nIdentifying bottlenecks and providing input to improve processes and working methods.\n\nConducting performance, progress and absence-related meetings with employees and following up on absence cases.\n\nEnsuring sufficient supervision and support are available throughout daily operations.\n\nCoordinating daily with other Team Leaders, Working Foremen, the Logistics Planner and the Warehouse Manager.\n\nActing as a point of contact for other departments within the organisation.\n\nWhat do we offer you?\nAt Life Outdoor Living, we believe that people make the difference.
