The successful candidate will support participant recruitment and enrollment, coordinate training cohorts and employer engagement activities, liaise with delivery partners and stakeholders, track program performance and outcomes, and help ensure successful delivery of employer-based initiatives such as hybrid training, AI Adoption Squads, AI Roadmaps, and pilot projects.\nThis role requires a highly organized, proactive individual who enjoys working with employers, participants, and partners to ensure a positive program experience. The Program Coordinator will support outreach efforts, maintain project documentation, monitor program activities against timelines and deliverables, and contribute to reporting requirements for funders and internal stakeholders. Strong communication, relationship-building, and coordination skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\nThe ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about workforce development, skills training, and helping Ontario's small and medium-sized employers adopt new technologies and build future-ready workforces.\nKey Responsibilities\nRelationship Development & Collaboration\nIdentifying program participants and building relationships with key stakeholders in the industry and community to establish a network of contacts that addresses ICTC program’s needs.\nCollaborating with the program team and external partners for the recruitment of participants to take part in ICTC activities and programs.\nConducting presentations, facilitating workshops, and leading information sessions to engage participants and share knowledge effectively.\nHandling inquiries from programs participants through emails and calls.\nConducting recruitment for short- term consultants.\nLiaising with service providers and external stakeholders\nRecruiting industry experts and coaches to participate in workshops and subject matter experts to lead webinars.\nAttending events and/or focus groups to present information, network, collect information.\nDrafts emails, reports and other correspondence on behalf of ICTC.\nIdentifying program participants and building relationships with key stakeholders in the industry and community to establish a network of contacts that addresses ICTC program’s needs.\nCollaborating with the program team and external partners for the recruitment of participants to take part in ICTC activities and programs.\nConducting presentations, facilitating workshops, and leading information sessions to engage participants and share knowledge effectively.\nHandling inquiries from programs participants through emails and calls.\nConducting recruitment for short- term consultants.\nLiaising with service providers and external stakeholders\nRecruiting industry experts and coaches to participate in workshops and subject matter experts to lead webinars.\nAttending events and/or focus groups to present information, network, collect information.\nDrafts emails, reports and other correspondence on behalf of ICTC.\nCommunications & Event Planning\nAssists with the development, coordination, and dissemination of communications materials to internal and external stakeholders through applicable channels.\nAssists with the coordination of logistics for travel and meetings/events locations, including sourcing and arranging catering, audiovisual (AV) equipment, and handling all other aspects of event planning to ensure seamless execution of corporate functions and engagements.\nContributing content for promotional materials.\nSetting up Zoom sessions and tailoring Zoom User Guide\nOther duties as assigned by ones manager.\nBusiness Development\nLiaises with external partners, organizations, associations, community groups and the public to promote ICTC and to keep abreast of funding opportunities.\nDisseminates information and resources to partners and stakeholders to enhance their knowledge of ICTCs programs, products, and services.\nWorking proactively with internal staff to collaborate on ICTC activities, share information, provide updates and engage staff and others for input and support.\nAttending events and/or focus groups to present information, network, collect information.\nQualifications & Experience\nRequired Experience:\n2.5+ years’ experience working in a similar position and providing coordination for a program or project, with demonstrated success in setting and achieving program targets.\nHands-on experience in projects and programs with a diversity lens.\nExcellent written and oral communication skills in order to present ICTC in a professional manner, interface and communicate effectively with senior and diverse audiences, and prepare and proofread communications such as PowerPoint slide decks, emails, reports, articles, etc.\nExceptional organization skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.\n2+ years supporting the customer experience in a customer success, support, or account management role.\nProven track record of working in a customer-facing role.\nProven skills in sourcing - using a variety of methods, e.g., networking, referrals, recruitment, database searches and cold calling.\nAbility to engage and influence people;
