Join our dynamicSales team as our new Sales Assistant today!\nA few details about the role:\nGenerate interest from new leads, follow-up on inquiries and generally answer questions about the community.\nConduct telemarketing and sales presentations with follow-up of collateral material mailed in a timely manner.\nWelcome prospective residents and guests to the sales and marketing office. Provide hospitality to all guests to the sales office.\nProvide back-up support for director of sales through ongoing contact with a prospective resident via telephone, personal visits, tours, events, seminars, and home visit activities as appropriate.\nManage all information relating to the prospective resident/inquiry: communication with administration, communication with direct supervision and accurate documentation of all contacts in the Leads Management System (REPS).\nAssist with the development of the community marketing plan.\nMonitor and provide information regarding the effectiveness of the advertising and marketing program.\nCoordinate logistics for sales events, such as lead generation and conversion events.\nAnd here’s what you need to apply:\nAssociate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, education, or psychology field is preferred.\nTwo-three years applicable experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nCompensation is based on experience and qualifications.\n\nPay is commensurate with experience.\n\nStarting pay will be determined by skills, experience, and internal equity.\n\nPay determined by level of experience and position-related competencies.\n\nLifespace has successfully served older adults for 50 years, and this is just the beginning.
