You will help members improve their swimming in our state-of-the-art recreational and lap pools, both indoors and out. This position assists in managing and training all Aquatics Team Members. You will help members and guests by providing great customer service and maintaining the cleanliness and order of our Aquatics Facilities.\nJob Duties and Responsibilities\nEnsures Aquatics Team Members offer a safe and friendly environment for all members and guests\nResponds to Member inquiries about Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and procedures\nEnsures we have the highest level of programming\nPromotes Life Time swim program \nMinimum Required Qualifications:\nAbility to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time\nAbility to communicate and exchange information with guests who have inquiries about Life Time products and services\nAbility to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping\nAbility to routinely bend to raise 20 lbs or less and occasionally bend to lift more than 20lbs \nAbility to tread water for 1 minute\nAbility to swim, retrieve a 10 lb diving brick from the bottom of the pool and swim the brick to the top without stopping\nEducation:\nHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent\nYears of Experience:\n6 months of customer service experience\n1 year coaching and/or swim instructor experience\n1 year of lifeguarding experience\n6 months of head guard or supervising experience\nLicenses / Certifications / Registrations:\nStarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, and First Aid Certified (or bridge to StarGuard when current certification expires or within 1st year, whichever is first).
