This position is ideal for candidates with experience in facilities maintenance, building engineering, and mechanical systems within commercial or recreational environments.\n Job Duties/Responsibilities\nPerform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boiler, and pool systems\nConduct routine inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation of building systems\nMonitor and maintain water chemistry, filtration, and temperature controls for recreational pools\nEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations, including fire and life safety systems\nTroubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and perform emergency repairs as needed\nMaintain detailed records of work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities within a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)\nSupport overall facility appearance and functionality to enhance member and guest experience\nMinimum Required Qualifications\nExperience working with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems\nAbility to lift 20+ lbs and perform physical maintenance tasks\nEducation:\nTechnical or trade school certification in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical systems\nYears of Experience:\n3-4 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or engineering\nLicenses / Certifications / Registrations:\nBoiler Operator / Stationary Engineer License (state-specific)\nEPA CFC Certification / HVAC Certification\nCertified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatic Facilities Operator (AFO)\nLife Time is a place for everyone.
