The Facility Operations Assistant Manager works the opposite schedule of the Facility Operations Manager and must be flexible to meet the needs of the business.\nJob Duties and Responsibilities\nAssists staff in maintaining locker rooms, fitness floors, common areas, and amenities\n\nResponds to member feedback with urgency and provides follow up communication with solutions\n\nAssists the manager with monthly and annual budget recommendations\n\nAssists in training team members through providing on going training, coaching, counseling, and continuous feedback\n\nServes on the club Safety Committee ensuring policies and regulations are in compliance with OSHA regulations\n\nAssists with the recruiting and interviewing for the Operations department\n\nAttends weekly department head, Operations department, and \"all club\" meetings\n\nBuilds positive relationship with members while gathering feedback\n\nCoordinates and creates Operations staff schedules\n\nPosition Requirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n\nCPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire\n\n1 year of customer service experience\n\nAquatic Facilities Operator Certification (AFO)\n\nCertified Pool Operator license (CPO) within 3 months of hire\n\nMust be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business\n\nPreferred Requirements\nHealth and fitness operations experience\n\nCollege degree in business, hospitality, or related field\n\nExperience with building operations\n\nLife Time is a place for everyone.
