You’ll guide your classes through HIIT style cardio on the bike fused with strength-training segments for a quick, total body workout using fun music to push the pace.\nAMP Sculpt: Rhythmic and party-like, this class fuses our AMP Cycle class with body sculpting for a fun, full body workout! Turn up the music, bring on the movement and peddle to the beat as you guide your followers through calorie-burning cardio and upper body sculpting on our bikes.\nJob Duties and Responsibilities\nActs as an entertainer to offer fun and educational Indoor Cycling classes to ensure clients are happy with the workout and remain motivated to achieve their personal fitness goals\nMeets daily class attendance goals and completes all administrative duties \nUse digital, current, and appropriate music \nProvidesgreat customer service by responding to members' needs and developing relationships with them through fun indoor cycling classes and engaging conversations before and after classes \nPosition Requirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n1 year of fitness instructor experience\nCPR and AED certified within 3 months of hire\nNationally recognized Indoor Cycle Instructor, Training or Coaching Certification (Schwinn Cycling or Stages(preferred), Mad Dogg Spinning, Les Mills )\nAbility to routinely raise 50 pounds and occasionally 100 pounds\nAbility to perform exercises specific to the assigned class\nPreferred Requirements\nGroup Exercise Certification such as National Association of Sports Medicine, American Council of Exercise or American Fitness Aerobic Association\nPay\nThis position pays a class rate between $55.00 and $90.00, based on experience, qualifications, and duration of the class.
