Enjoy a fun and healthy work environment while building value-based relationships which increases brand loyalty and supports members in achieving their healthy way of life goals.\nJob Duties and Responsibilities\nFacilitate check-in process for members and guests entering club\nMonitors, handles, and delegates incoming phone calls from members and guests\nMaintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies\nProactively builds relationships with members and guests, regularly creating over the top service experiences\nAssists members with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes and transactions including program, service, and product payments \nFunctions as a player on the Certified Retention Team, assisting members requesting to cancel their membership by communicating options and facilitating the option that best suits the member\nEngage in service recovery for member questions and concerns, utilizing appropriate tools and resources to find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction\nCustomizes the buying experience for prospective members by encouraging involvement with amenities and programs aligned to customers interests and needs\nCommunicates with members and prospective members via email or phone in a manner aligned with our brand\nCompletes administrative duties, club paperwork and cash drawer reconciliation\nPosition Requirements\nHigh School graduate or equivalent\nMinimum of 1-year customer service experience\nMinimum of 1-year sales experience\nCompletion of Membership Sales Certification within 60 days of hire\nCompletion of Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire\nPreferred Requirements\nBachelors Degree in Hospitality or related field \nFitness industry knowledge\nPay\nThis is an hourly position with wages starting at $19.75 and pays up to $26.50, based on experience and qualifications.Benefits\nAll team members receive the following benefits while working for Life Time:\nA fully subsidized membership\n\nDiscounts on Life Time products and services\n\n401(k) retirement savings plan with company discretionary match (21 years of age and older)\n\nTraining and professional development\n\nPaid sick leave where required by law\n\nFull-time Team Members are eligible for additional benefits, including:\nMedical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage\n\nShort term and long term disability insurance\n\nLife insurance\n\nPre-tax flexible spending and dependent care plans\n\nParental leave and adoption assistance\n\nPaid time off, including 5 to 20 vacation days per calendar year (based on tenure) and paid sick leave\n\nDeferred compensation plan, if the team member meets the required income threshold\n\nLife Time is a place for everyone.
