This role requires excellent leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep commitment to enhancing the member experience while aiding in the success of the entire club.\nJob Duties/Responsibilities\nRegularly participates in Life Time’s classes, activities, events and programming\nEmbodies the Life Time brand commitment to a healthy lifestyle professionally and personally\nLeads in zone by exemplifying service excellence and being a member connectivity specialist\nEncourages team members to exceed their own expectations and aim for higher performance\nOnboard and certify team members - Cast to perfection and certify to exhaustion\nProvides guidance, help, coaching, and feedback to enhance member engagement\nMeticulously manages schedules and zone rotations to ensure optimal performance and efficiency\nFunctional pro in executing business protocols including new member acquisition, existing member retention and new member connectivity\nMinimum Required Qualifications \nThis position requires a high level of skill related to written and verbal communication, customer service, service recovery, business planning, management of processes, expense and revenue tracking, team building and sales.\nEducation:\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent\nYears of Experience:\n3+ years of managerial experience\n3+ years of customer service experience\n3+ years of sales experience\n3+ years of achieving budget goals\nLicenses / Certifications / Registrations:\nCPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s or Associate’s degree\nHospitality management or similar degree/certification\nFitness related experience including PT or Group Fitness certification\nSuperior time management skills\nAbility to prioritize tasks\nAdapts to change and innovation\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Office Suite\nLife Time is a place for everyone.
