The Lead-Personal Training will serve as a role-model for Personal Training team members, helping them drive their individual businesses, and will assist the General Manager in ensuring the department meets it overall financial targets.\nJob Duties/Responsibilities\nDevelops safe, professional, exciting and comprehensive personal training programs.\n\nMotivates and coaches Personal Trainers to achieve revenue and session goals, ensuring trainers are promoting and selling personal training programs.\n\nAligning members with the appropriate personal trainer on the team and supports any escalated member issues when needed.\n\nWorks with the General Manager to scout and interview new team members, ensuring the completion of the 90-day on-boarding process for new performers.\n\nEnsures members experience an artistry level member experience on the fitness floor daily.\n\nMinimum Required Qualifications \nHigh School Diploma or GED\n\n2+ year of personal training experience\n\nDemonstrated Leadership / Management Skills\n\nDemonstrated strong communication, sales, program design, and coaching skills\n\nDemonstrated strong communication, sales, program design, and coaching skills\n\nAbility to drive results through others\n\nCertified Personal Trainer\n\nCPR and AED Certified\n\n Preferred Qualifications\nBachelors degree in kinesiology, sports medicine, or a related field\n\nExperience in delivery and overall knowledge of virtual training methodology\n\nDemonstrates success in increasing client acquisition and retention\n\nAbility to manage multiple fitness professionals to a successful outcome\n\nDemonstrates expertise in Life Time business applications (Exerp, Workday, Domo, etc.)\n\nLife Time is a place for everyone.
