Leaders inspire, mentor and empower a team of Pilates instructors, championing their professional growth and driving excellence together to boost the program's visibility and success.\n JOB DUTIES\nDrive member engagement to boost client acquisition\nEnsure experience standards for the entire Pilates portfolio\nOperate the Pilates business with an ownership mindset exemplifying the Life Time Pilates Brand\nProvide personalized customization in all session offerings, Private (1:1) and Semi Private (3-6 participants), tailoring each session to the unique needs of the clientele\nIntegrate all Pilates apparatus into sessionprogramming to ensure comprehensive and effective sessions\nBuild and maintain a strong clientele through exceptional service and results-driven instruction\nUtilize the Pilates method to create impactful and positive changes in clients’ lives\nCompletes all administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan, including documentation of client programming\nUpholds cleanliness and organization of the studio\nRemains current on certifications, credentials, continuing or advanced education, and new trends in the industry\nCreate an empowering and motivating environment for all clients\nPOSITION REQUIREMENTS\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nComprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor\nTrained and Certified in Reformer, Mat, Tower/Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels\nCertified in Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Pilates repertoire\nExperienced in progressing the Pilates method through program design\nProven experience in a leadership role within the Pilates or fitness industry\n3 years of Pilates training experience\n2 years of sales experience\nAbility to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds\nCPR and AED certified\n PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS\n250-600 hours comprehensive Pilates Certification (minimum education to include Mat, Reformer, Tower/Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel)\nLife Time is a place for everyone.
