They provide a positive member experience that is educational, supporting, and upholds the integrity of the Life Time Brand.\nJob Duties/Responsibilities\nDevelops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention\nInstructs both private and group Pilates classes\nMonitors and instructs clients during Pilates training sessions on the safe and effective use the equipment \nConducts fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting to assess and recommend Pilates training programs\nPromotes and sells Pilates training programs and classes, Group Fitness classes and Personal Training to members\nCompletes all administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan\nMaintains the cleanliness of the Pilates studio\nRemains current on certifications and new trends in the industry\nEducates members on current health and fitness issues and trends\nMinimum Required Qualifications \nExperience in Pilates program design\nAbility to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds\nEducation:\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nYears of Experience:\n1 year of personal training experience\n6 months of experience in adjusting body alignment, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel equipment\nLicenses / Certifications / Registrations:\nCertified Pilates Trainer\nCPR and AED Certified\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCollege degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine or other related field\nPay\nThis position will be paid commissions between 10% and 60% depending on the product and the Team Member's productivity.
