They provide a positive member experience that is educational, supporting, and upholds the integrity of the Life Time Brand.\nJob Duties and Responsibilities\nDevelops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention \nMonitors and instructs clients during Pilates training sessions on the safe and effective use the equipment \nConducts fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting to assess and recommend Pilates training programs \nInstructs both private and group Pilates classes\nPromotes and sells Pilates training programs and classes, Group Fitness classes and Personal Training to members \nCompletes all administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan \nMaintains the cleanliness of the Pilates studio \nRemains current on certifications and new trends in the industry \nEducates members on current health and fitness issues and trends \nEnsures all members feel competent, confident, and connected by providing superior customer service through complimentary and based services/programming \nDocuments all aspects of client programming \nRemains current on credentials and continuing education to advance throughout the levels program \nProvides fitness floor assistance to all members to ensure safety, provide education, and motivate members \nPosition Requirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n1 year of personal training experience\nExperience in Pilates program design\nCertified Pilates Trainer\nTrained and Certified in Reformer, Tower, Chair and Barrels\nAbility to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds\nCPR and AED Certified\nPreferred Requirements\n150 - 400 hours comprehensive Pilates Certificate (minimum education to include; Mat, Reformer, Tower, Chair)\nPay\nThis position will be paid commissions between 10% and 60% depending on the product and the Team Member's productivity.
