Instructors focus on building their clientele by empowering people through the principles of Pilates methodology, ensuring a positive member experience that is fun, educational, supportive and aligned with the integrity of the Life Time Pilates brand.\n JOB DUTIES\nProvide personalized customization in all session offerings, Private (1:1) and Semi Private (3-6 participants), tailoring each session to the unique needs of the clientele\nIntegrate all Pilates apparatus into sessionprogramming to ensure comprehensive and effective sessions\nBuild and maintain a strong clientele through exceptional service and results-driven instruction\nUtilize the Pilates method to create impactful and positive changes in clients’ lives\nCompletes all administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan, including documentation of client programming\nUpholds cleanliness and organization of the studio\nRemains current on certifications, credentials, continuing or advanced education, and new trends in the industry\nCreate an empowering and motivating environment for all clients\nPOSITION REQUIREMENTS\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nComprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor\nTrained and Certified in Reformer, Mat, Tower/Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels\nCertified in Beginner to Intermediate Pilates repertoire\n1 year of Pilates training experience\nSales experience preferred\nExperienced in progressing the Pilates method through program design\nAbility to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds\nCPR and AED certified\n PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS\n250-600 hours comprehensive Pilates Certification (minimum education to include Mat, Reformer, Tower/Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel)\nLife Time is a place for everyone.
