They are responsible for all scheduling in BOSS, marketing materials, schedules, program registrations and billing. They support the promotion of all tennis programs, assisting Tennis Manager with the management of the tennis department business plan and is the main contact for account questions.They are also responsible for managing all Life Shop product inventory, orders and order management, store merchandising, and maintenance of the business.\nJob Duties and Responsibilities\nEnsures that all scheduling of lessons, programs, drills/clinics, leagues and Permanent Court Timeis done accurately and efficiently\nEnsures “live” inventory in BOSS is always accurate\nWorks with the Tennis Manager to manage the Tennis department business objectives and marketing strategies to increase tennis revenue and eliminate non-essential expenses\nCompletes monthly Cost of Goods tracker and Order Calendar and makes updates with each order\nWorks 10-15 hours at desk, ensuring efficient operations and excellent service\nTrains and develops team members on all Tennis and Life Shop policies and procedures\nEnsures all team members are managing the time clock appropriately\nPosition Requirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n2 years of customer service experience\n1 year of retail management experience\nCPR and AED Certified within 30 days of hire\nAbility to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds\nPreferred Requirements\nCollege degree in Sports and Recreation or related field\n\nLife Time is a place for everyone.
