This individual will play a crucial role in the financial strategy and\noperations of the Company. \n\nKey\nResponsibilities\n\n· \nOversee and manage the\nday-to-day financial and accounting operations of the clinic.\n\n· \nEnsure accurate and timely\npreparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.\n\n· \nLead the budgeting,\nforecasting, treasury management, and financial planning processes.\n\n· \nMonitor financial performance,\nanalyse variances, and provide recommendations to support decision-making.\n\n· \nMaintain effective internal\ncontrols and ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and\nregulatory requirements.\n\n· \nCoordinate and support\ninternal and external audit activities.\n\n· \nPrepare and submit Group\nReporting Packs, management accounts, board packs, and regulatory reports\nwithin established deadlines.\n\n· \nSupport the Group CFO in\nstrategic projects, financial analysis, and business performance reporting.\n\n· \nDevelop and maintain financial\ndashboards and key performance indicators to monitor business performance.\n\n· \nCollaborate with Management\nand IBL Head Office on financial initiatives and continuous improvement\nprojects.\n\nQualifications\nand Experience\n\n· \nMaster’s degree or\nprofessional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) at the final stage is\nrequired.\n\n· \nProven experience in an\nequivalent function.\n\n· \nPrior experience in the\nhealthcare industry.\n\n· \nIn-depth understanding of\nGeneral Accepted Accounting Principles.\n\n· \nExcellent accounting reporting\nand financial analysis skills.\n\n· \nAccuracy and attention to\ndetail with sound judgement.\n\n· \nAwareness of business trends.\n\n· \nHands-on experience with\naccounting software packages, like Netsuite and Sage.\n\n· \nAdvanced MS Excel skills.\n\n· \nExcellent interpersonal\nskills.\n\n· \nExcellent written, verbal and\norganizational skills in French and
