Join us if you're inspired to tackle a mission that matters and want to lead the next generation of AI-based biomedical research solutions.\nThe Role\nLifebit is launching a new AI product line and is hiring a General Manager to build and run it as a standalone business unit, with tight product integration into our existing federated data & analytics platform. This is a zero-to-one commercial leadership role with full ownership of the unit's product and commercial outcomes. You will define the go-to-market strategy, set pricing, build the supporting team and take the product to enterprise customers in healthcare and life sciences.\nYour Responsibilities\nOwn product sales, marketing and pricing for the business unit, including the teams supporting each function\nOwn the unit's commercial and product outcomes, carrying a revenue target and a product uptake target\nDefine and execute the go-to-market strategy for a new enterprise AI product line\nRecruit, structure and lead the business unit team\nSet the commercial operating cadence: pipeline management, forecasting and deal governance\nWork with engineering and product leadership to align the roadmap with commercial demand\nReport directly to the CEO on business unit performance\nWhat You Bring to the Table\n10+ years of experience, including direct ownership of commercial targets in healthcare or life sciences software\nLaunched products from zero to one and scaled them commercially\nClosed enterprise deals in excess of $300k\nBuilt and managed a commercial team and product-led growth strategies\nAbility to operate with high autonomy in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment\nPreferred Qualifications\nBiomedical research acumen:Experience in genetics, biomedical research, or Bioinformaticsis a significant plus, but a passion for the field is essential.\nWhat We Offer\nLifebit is synonymous with a dynamic work culture that encourages both personal and professional growth.
