# Project Coordinator

Lifecore has a newly created opportunity for a Project Coordinator to support the execution of complex, technical client programs within our dynamic Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO). In this support role, you'll partner with Project Managers, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders to help drive successful project execution while gaining exposure to CDMO operations and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. This is an onsite role based in Chaska, Minnesota. As a key member of our project management team, you will have the opportunity to: Coordinate Statement of Work (SOW) and Change Order development, tracking progress from request through execution while ensuring accurate and timely completion Support Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring customer programs by tracking timelines, deliverables, milestones, and action items Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams to support alignment of project scope, schedules, and customer requirements Maintain project documentation, status reports, trackers, and PMO tool
