As the Recruitment Coordinator you will support the organization as we continue to rapidly scale our mission driven organization devoted to serving those with I/DD. You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition to reach hiring goals and implement hiring strategies.\nWhat you will do:\nCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, assistant managers, and managers, ensuring timely communication and efficient scheduling.\nPartner with Lifehouse’s two recruiters to move candidates through the recruitment process, track progress, and follow up on outstanding actions to minimize delays.\nCommunicate with candidates and hiring team members regarding interview schedules, status updates, and next steps to maintain a positive recruitment experience.\nMaintain accurate candidate records, application statuses, and recruiting activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related systems.\nCoordinate the handoff of selected candidates to HR for background checks and other pre-employment requirements.\nAssist recruiters with application and resume review, phone screening, and candidate follow-up as needed.\nWhy you should experience with recruitment, recruitment coordination, administrative support, or a similar field.\nFamiliarity with ATS, HRIS, Microsoft office and Google platforms and willingness to learn new
