The successful candidate is an exceptional writer and content strategist that can break down complex topics into compelling, digestible narratives for expert audiences. Working closely with subject matter experts and key partners across business areas, this individual will drive engagement with key audiences at all buying stages through content strategy, execution, and measurement.\nWhat You'll Do\nPartner with subject matter experts to develop original content in a variety of formats, including blog posts, articles, white papers, ebooks, infographics, videos, social content, and more\n\nMaximize the value and reach of our content by turning high-performing assets into a library of derivative pieces for use in multiple channels and across multiple markets\n\nBuild and execute content strategies that support and amplify our short- and long-term marketing initiatives and campaigns\n\nCollaborate closely with marketing stakeholders and business partners to map and optimize content across the buyer journey\n\nBe a steward of best practices in messaging, grammar, writing, and style\n\nMeasure and report on content performance; optimize based on results\n\nHelp develop standards, processes, and tools to drive greater efficiencies in how we work and operate as a cross-functional team\n\nStay on top of content marketing trends and bring new ideas for us to explore and test\n\nRequirements\n3+ years of editorial experience, ideally in the B2B tech/enterprise software space\n\nStrong portfolio of published work that demonstrates exceptional English writing skills and ability to translate complex topics into simple, digestible content for expert audiences\n\nA thinker and a doer mindset — excited about driving strategy while simultaneously rolling up your sleeves to write and edit content in a variety of formats\n\nAbility to multi-task and prioritize projects in a dynamic, adaptive environment\n\nCollaborative team player with great interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally\n\nAbility to deliver feedback thoughtfully and receive it gracefully\n\nStrong project management skills and attention to detail\n\nCuriosity and interest in life sciences\n\nNice to Have\nFamiliarity with the life sciences industry\n\nExperience working with remote and global teams\n\nFluency in another EU5 language (French, Spanish, German, or Italian)\n\nInterviewing with Veeva\nWe value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process.
