Whether you’re a data engineer, product manager, software developer, or AI scientist, you’ll find opportunities here to apply your skills to work that truly matters — improving global health outcomes.\n\nAbout the Role:Join our Digital Operations group as a Digital Operations Associate Tester and help us deliver reliable, high-quality digital solutions that support our operations.\n\nThis role focuses on a variety of testing methodologies and performing testing efforts for decentralized platforms and applications.\n\nThis is an opportunity to build your technical expertise in a collaborative environment where continuous learning, innovation, and quality are valued.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\nReviews technical requirements and provides analysis on testing approach and content being deployed in the project.\n\nAttend design meetings to understand technology requirements to prepare for testing solutions.\n\nLeads test planning, documentation, test execution, error reporting, analysis, and error verification.\n\nWorks collaboratively among Digital and business test groups to support quality and acceptance testing.\n\nConducts regression testing as needed per control guidelines.\n\nSupport existing business applications and end user training and documentation.\n\nAdheres to established software development life cycle methodology and internal controls governing Change Management\n\nEducation and Experience:\n\nAdvanced Degree with no prior experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of software experience with demonstrated success delivering complex solutions. \n\nClinical Trial experience (highly preferred)\n\nWorking knowledge of JIRA, SDLC and AI platforms (ChatGPT)\n\nSystem testing experience with digital technology including eCOA (preferred)\n\nIn some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role. \n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nExperience with system testing and writing test documentation (including script writing)\n\nExperience working with IT Developers in system enhancements and new functionalities.\n\nConfident initiative-taker\n\nOrganized and Detail Oriented\n\nExcellent critical thinking skills\n\nAbility to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary.\n\nStrong written and oral communication skills\n\nAbility to work independently as well as with a team to meet hard deadlines.\n\nAbility to organize and present information in clear and concise formats.\n\nAt Thermo Fisher Scientific, we are committed to fostering a healthy and harmonious workplace for our employees.
