This role ensures that assessments, translations, screenshots, metadata, and supporting documentation are effectively managed and maintained to support reuse across studies, sponsors, and IQVIA platforms.\nWorking closely with Licensing, Translation Services, Product, Technology, COAA, and Client-facing teams, the individual plays a key role in driving operational excellence, content quality, library scalability, and process standardization while supporting IQVIA's strategic eCOA initiatives. \n\nEssential Functions\neCOA Library Operations\nPerform day-to-day eCOA Library operational activities.\n\nManage the onboarding, maintenance, and lifecycle management of assessments, translations, screenshots, and associated assets.\n\nMaintain operational trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools to ensure visibility on library activities and priorities.\n\nMonitor workload, deliverables, and key operational milestones.\n\nQuality Management & Compliance\nEnsure content quality, consistency, completeness, and readiness across Library assets.\n\nOversee quality control activities related to assessments, translations, electronic screenshots, certificates, and supporting documentation.\n\nSupport version management, recertification activities, traceability, and change control processes.\n\nMaintain audit-ready documentation and compliance with established operational standards.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nAct as a primary operational point of contact across Licensing, Translation Services, COAA, Platform, Technology, Product, and Client Services teams.\n\nCoordinate activities required to support new library additions, updates, and maintenance initiatives.\n\nFacilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and project execution.\n\nSupport governance activities and prioritization discussions related to Library operations.\n\nLibrary Growth & Strategic Support\nSupport the continued expansion of the eCOA Library through the addition of new assessments and translations.\n\nContribute to initiatives promoting content capitalization and reuse across IQVIA platforms.\n\nSupport migration and integration initiatives involving COAA, Sculptor, and future library-related solutions.\n\nProvide subject matter expertise regarding library operations, content readiness, and reuse strategies.\n\nProcess Improvement & Reporting\nIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality of Library operations.\n\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance operational workflows and business processes.\n\nTrack operational metrics and KPIs to support business decisions and resource planning.\n\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives supporting the long-term growth of the eCOA Library.\n\nQualifications Required\nBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nExperience in clinical research, healthcare operations, content management, project coordination, or related operational environments.\nDR: maybe rather ‘preferred’ than ‘required’?\n\nStrong organizational and project management skills.\n\nDemonstrated ability to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and functional teams.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nStrong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.\n\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\n\nPreferred\nKnowledge of Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs), eCOA solutions, translations management, or licensing processes.\n\nExperience managing content repositories, operational workflows, or large-scale content libraries.\n\nExperience supporting quality management and process improvement initiatives.\n\nFamiliarity with database, tracker, and reporting systems.\n\nIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
