This role involves collaborating with clients, internal departments, and external vendors to ensure the successful operation of participant home visits.\nEssential Functions and Other Job Information:\nDevelops study-specific plans, training materials, and timelines for each assigned project.\n\nMeets with internal teams to coordinate efforts, provide recommendations and risks and mitigation planning.\n\nEvaluates healthcare professionals' (HCP) qualifications, licensure, and CVs to decide on project involvement.\n\nParticipate in ongoing training for recertifications and on new regulations.\n\nRepresents the department internally and externally at meetings, strategic projects, and initiatives as per the business requirements.\n\nMentors, guides, and supports junior team members.\n\nParticipates in process improvement initiatives.\n\nEnsures remote study activities conducted by HCPs comply with local regulations and laws.\n\nMay participate in the bidding and/or bid defense opportunities.\n\nClient and project team contact for questions, concerns, and escalations.\n\nJob KnowledgeA seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of clinical trials, managing deliverables and timelines and conducting protocol visits in a remote setting; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.\nWorks on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. \nNormally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.\nRepresents the department as a prime contact on projects.
