Your determination to deliver quality and accuracy will improve health outcomes that people and communities depend on – now and in the future.\nWhat You’ll Do:Team Leadership & Development\nLead, support, and develop a team of Clinical Operations professionals.\n\nManage the full employee lifecycle, including interviews, recruitment and staff \n\nselection, onboarding, goal setting, performance management, coaching, and \ncareer development.\nManage and conduct induction/orientation programs for all new employees, \n\nensuring their smooth integration into the company\n\nConduct structured performance and skills assessments (e.g., MAST – remote \n\nor on-site, RAP, PAFR) to ensure high-quality study execution and continuous \ngrowth.\nIdentify development needs, address performance concerns constructively, \n\nand implement appropriate actions when required.\n\nReview and approve time records, expenses, leave requests, and other \n\nadministrative matters in line with company policies.\n\nEnsure employee documentation (CVs, training records, position and \n\nexperience profiles) remains accurate and up to date. \nStudy Delivery & Resource Management\nDrive the successful delivery of clinical trials conducted at the country level.\n\nEnsure team objectives and individual contributions are aligned with study \n\ndeliverables, quality expectations, and business goals.\n\nSupport staff allocation in line with local resourcing processes and study \n\npriorities.\nPartner with project and functional leads to optimize operational \n\nperformance.\nProactively escalate risks or issues that may impact timelines, quality, or \n\ndeliverables.Training, Capability & Standards Oversight\nDeliver training on SOPs, WPDs, local regulatory requirements, and other \n\noperational topics.\nIdentify training gaps and ensure appropriate development plans are \n\nimplemented.\nContribute to the development and enhancement of training programs and \n\nknowledge-sharing initiatives.Quality & Continuous Improvement\n\nPromote and support the implementation of risk-based monitoring principles.\n\nIdentify quality concerns, request Quality Assurance (QA) audits when \n\nappropriate, and support teams in preparing audit responses.\n\nActively contribute to process improvement and operational excellence \n\ninitiatives.Performance Monitoring & Oversight\nLeverage applicable systems and tools to monitor KPIs, team performance, \n\nand overall study status.Education and Experience:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification\n\nPrevious experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years).\n\n• 1+ year of leadership responsibilityYears of experience refer to typical years of related experience needed to gain the required knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the essential functions of the job.
