Neither do we.\" BeOne was founded in 2010 to bring impactful medicines to the greatest number of patients possible.\n\nReporting to the Franchise Head Solid Tumors, the Marketing Lead Solid Tumors is accountable for maximizing the performance of BeOne's Solid Tumor portfolio in Germany. The role owns the portfolio and brand strategy, leads the brand planning and go-to-market process, and drives execution against agreed commercial objectives, budgets and performance indicators. As leader of a small marketing team of 1-2 direct reports, the Marketing Lead sets priorities, develops talent and creates a high-performance, collaborative culture across the franchise.\n\nEssential Functions of Job:\nOwn the Solid Tumor portfolio and brand strategy for Germany, translating global direction and market insights into clear national priorities, launch plans and measurable objectives.\n\nLead the cross-functional brand planning process and ensure aligned execution with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Customer Engagement, Commercial Operations and Business Analytics.\n\nDevelop differentiated positioning, messaging and customer-centric omnichannel campaigns, including promotional materials and field-force tools, in line with applicable standards and regulations.\n\nGenerate and apply market, customer and competitor insights through market research, advisory boards, analytics and field feedback to inform decisions and optimize impact.\n\nLead launch readiness and lifecycle planning for current and future Solid Tumor indications, identifying risks, opportunities and required capabilities early.\n\nOwn brand budgets, agency and vendor management, resource allocation and performance tracking, ensuring disciplined investment and delivery against commercial goals.\n\nEnable execution through regular communication, training and updates for Key Account Managers and other customer-facing teams.\n\nLead, coach and develop 1-2 direct reports by setting clear objectives, providing ongoing feedback, managing performance and supporting career development.\n\nCreate a focused, accountable and collaborative team environment; prioritize work across the team and build marketing capabilities for future portfolio growth.\n\nKeep management informed of material market and competitor developments, represent the franchise at relevant national and international meetings, and consistently operate with patients at the center and in accordance with BeOne standards, local laws and regulations.\n\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nDirect leadership responsibility for 1-2 marketing team members, with potential expansion aligned to portfolio and pipeline growth.\n\nAccountable for objective setting, performance management, coaching, development, succession planning and talent retention.\n\nEnsures clear roles, effective prioritization and strong collaboration within the team and across the franchise.\n\nQualifications:\nLife sciences degree or comparable scientific education; advanced business qualification is an advantage.\n\n+7 years of relevant commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, including substantial marketing and brand leadership experience.\n\nStrong knowledge of the German oncology market; Solid Tumor and lung cancer experience is highly desirable.\n\nDemonstrated success in launch preparation, strategic brand planning, omnichannel execution, budget management and performance tracking.\n\nPeople leadership experience, or strong evidence of readiness to lead, coach and develop a small team.\n\nProven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders and translate strategy into focused execution in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.\n\nStrong strategic, analytical and commercial judgment, combined with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach and a high level of accountability.\n\nExcellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder-management skills; fluent German and English, written and spoken.\n\nProficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications.\n\nOther Qualifications:Additional major European language is an advantage.\n\nTravel:Approximately 25% of time.Salary Range Germany: 105,600.00 EUR - 132,000.00 EUR\nGlobal Competencies\nWhen we exhibit our values of Patients First, Driving Excellence, Bold Ingenuity, and Collaborative Spirit, through our twelve global competencies below, we help get more affordable medicines to more patients around the world.\n\nFosters Teamwork\n\nProvides and Solicits Honest and Actionable Feedback\n\nSelf-Awareness\n\nActs Inclusively\n\nDemonstrates Initiative\n\nEntrepreneurial Mindset\n\nContinuous Learning\n\nEmbraces Change\n\nResults-Oriented\n\nAnalytical Thinking/Data Analysis\n\nFinancial Excellence\n\nCommunicates with Clarity\n\nWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
