If you want to discover a career with greater purpose, join us as we transform and accelerate research and development.\n\nThe successful candidate will manage and enhance the client relationships and maintain an overview of project delivery across all projects from an operational & financial perspective.\n\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nEstablish a close working relationship with the IQVIA Laboratories global project team, Business Development, Operational teams and appropriate CRO counterpart to ensure consistent, quality, global delivery of all studies.\n\nParticipate on client specific operational committees, with accountability for developing a true partnership and ensure senior management is frequently informed on the current status and progress with portfolio health of the client relationship.\n\nParticipate in client meetings including bid defense, capabilities and audits as needed\n\nRegularly review with internal team members for IQVIA Laboratories global project team and Business Development to include lessons learned, best practices, standards, client specific requirements, budget management, KPI’s, Master Service Agreement, customer surveys etc\n\nEnsure client standards are clearly defined and proactively manage and communicate changes to client standards and/or client requirements.\n\nTrack and manage performance metrics and/or service level agreements and manage process improvement to ensure excellent service commitment to delivery\n\nParticipate in technical reviews and proposal development as needed to ensure standards are captured.\n\nDrive specific client requests across the internal IQVIA Laboratories organization and where appropriate to implement best practices and process improvements across all clients.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For:\nBachelor's Degree Sciences or related field\n\nMin 7 years of clinical or research industry experience, including 5 years project management experience\n\nOther Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree\n\nThe Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:\n\nExcellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.\n\nAdaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced working environment.\n\nAbility to deliver high quality project management tasks globally with a sense of urgency and ability to drive activities to closure with minimal supervision.\n\nAbility to communicate clearly and regularly internally across departments and regions and as well as externally with global client teams.\n\nAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.\n\nWhat We Offer You:\nWe put our employees at the center of everything we do and are committed to providing them, and their families, with benefits that meet their diverse and changing needs.
