Collaborate with global project teams, operational leaders, Business Development, and client stakeholders to support consistent delivery, effective governance, and continuous performance improvement.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\n\nEstablish close working relationships with global project teams, Business Development, operational teams, and appropriate Contract Research Organization counterparts to support consistent, high-quality study delivery\n\nDevelop appropriate client governance structures and meeting schedules to communicate portfolio health, progress, risks, priorities, and actions\n\nParticipate in client operational committees, bid defense meetings, capabilities presentations, audits, and other client meetings as needed\n\nReview lessons learned, best practices, client requirements, budgets, Key Performance Indicators, Master Service Agreement commitments, customer survey results, and improvement actions with internal stakeholders\n\nDefine and communicate client-specific standards, coordinate related training, and proactively manage changes to client requirements\n\nTrack performance metrics and Service Level Agreements while driving process improvements and corrective actions through completion\n\nDevelop clear communication plans and facilitate effective internal meetings, client calls, and portfolio reviews\n\nSupport technical reviews and proposal development while promoting best practices and process improvements across IQVIA Laboratories\n\nWhat We Are Looking For:\n\nA bachelor’s degree in sciences or a related field is preferred\n\n7 years of clinical or research industry experience, including 5 years project management experience, is preferred\n\nExperience with project budgets, performance metrics, Key Performance Indicators, and Service Level Agreements\n\nKnowledge of global clinical project operations, client governance practices, and Master Service Agreement requirements\n\nFamiliarity with study delivery in accordance with the International Council for Harmonisation E6 Guideline for Good Clinical Practice\n\nOther equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree\n\nThe Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:\n\nExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills\n\nAbility to resolve complex problems by gaining cooperation and coordinating effectively across multiple departments\n\nAdaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced working environment\n\nAbility to manage global project activities with urgency, deliver high-quality work, and drive actions to completion with minimal supervision\n\nClear and effective communication skills across departments, geographic regions, senior leadership groups, and global client teams\n\nStrong understanding of assigned client expectations, requirements, and business needs\n\nAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, operational partners, and clients\n\nWhat We Offer You:\nWe put our employees at the center of everything we do and are committed to providing them, and their families, with benefits that meet their diverse and changing needs.
