The Systems Administrator/Supervisor installs, supports, and maintains a wide area network and various information systems. Exercise a high level of customer service and responsiveness while installing new and/or expanding existing networks, systems, hardware, and software. The Systems Administrator monitors and maintains the information systems help desk and escalates high-priority issues.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAdministers a corporate wide area network and assists the Senior Systems Administrator.\nProvides technical and functional leadership to the Network Support Team.\nPlan and execute new information technology, finalize projects and deliver solutions in line with the department’s and company’s missions.\nMaintain a high level of systems availability.\nInstalls new software releases, system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches, and resolves software-related problems.\nProvides on-call and weekend maintenance support to maintain 24/7 service levels and ensure proactive response to alerts or service requests.\nConfigures network printing, directory structures, rights, and security on file servers.\nProvides administration and maintenance of the Citrix infrastructure and published applications.\nResponds to the needs and questions of network users concerning their access to resources on the network and the operation of various software programs.\nPerforms troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network or systems issues.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nWho You Are\nPassionate about helping others and making a difference\nAligned with LifeLink’s core values of Compassion, Excellence, Legacy, People, and Quality\n5+ years systems administration experience.\nAcceptable combination of education, training, and experience normally acquired through completion of four years of college.\nDemonstrated experience with Microsoft networks and applications.\nVirtualization experience.\nEffective written and oral communication skills necessary for maintaining strong relationships with all departments.\nCommitment to customer service throughout all levels of the organization.\nRiverbed, Checkpoint firewall, Citrix XenApp, Azure, Office365 experience a plus.\nRecent relevant Microsoft or Cisco certifications a plus.\nA collaborator who thrives in a mission-first environment\nWorking Conditions\nPleasant and comfortable work environment.
