You will be in charge of ensuring that our patients have the best experience possible as they enter our virtual platform. This will entail answering patient questions and concerns, as well as serving as a liaison between our patients and LifeMD clinicians. Professionalism and expert customer service skills are a must. presence and serve as the face of our Virtual Care platform\nAnswering calls from patients with a courteous and professional manner\nProvide patients with solutions to any inquiries they may have\nMaintain patient accounts and information \nWork with medical team to handle patient scheduling\nProvide leadership and guidance to other Customer Service Representatives \nRequirements\nBasic Qualifications:\n2+ years of related work experience, which can include call center, patient coordination or claims experience\nMust have 2+ years of remote work experience \nAbility to work confidential and sensitive information\nMust be able to work 12 hour shifts on Saturdays/Sundays from 8a-8p EST\nPreferred Qualifications:\nComputer literate and proficient in Google Suite\nStrong
