Arbrook Blvd. in Arlington, TX. It's designed to help individuals recover from serious injuries or illnesses that have significantly impacted their ability to function independently.\nSpecialized Rehabilitation Programs: Tailored care for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, orthopedic trauma, and other neurological or complex conditions.\nIntensive Therapy Model: Patients receive at least three hours of physical, occupational, and/or speech therapy per day, five days a week, under the supervision of a rehabilitation physician.\nState-of-the-Art Facility: Offers modern therapy equipment and private rooms to support a comfortable and focused recovery environment.\nHow you'll contribute\nDevelop and implement a comprehensive business plan targeting census and payer mix growth, updated quarterly to reflect progress and adjustments.\nProvide leadership and oversight to the Clinical Liaison and Admissions teams.\nMaintain a database system for market analytics, including community demand, utilization trends, referral patterns, and competitor analysis.\nEnsure patient referrals are clinically appropriate and support families in informed admission decisions.\nDesign and execute annual and as-needed marketing plans aligned with long- and short-term facility goals.\nCollaborate with managed care organizations, physicians, and internal leaders to develop joint business plans, feasibility studies, and new service line strategies.\nServe as a liaison with referral sources, case managers, and managed care providers to drive revenue while maintaining a focus on quality care.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Clinical discipline required; MBA preferred.\nExperience: Minimum five years of healthcare management experience preferred.\nRole requires a strong background in healthcare business development, leadership, and data analytics.\nFrequent external engagement with referral networks, physician groups, and payers is expected.\nCertifications: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.\nWhat we offer\nFundamental to providing great care is supporting and rewarding our team.
