Our programs offer customized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation or orthopedic injury.\nHow you’ll contribute:\nThis position is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of patients from various locations and facilities to the Hospital campus and/or other designated locations. This position will maintain a daily log of mileage and gasoline usage and submit all gas receipts to the appropriate person(s). Responsible for cleaning the interior of the car on a regular basis, assuring the vehicle is presentable for the transport of patients. The position will also maintain mileage records for the purpose of scheduling routine maintenance. Responsible for ensuring that patients are supervised; safety is maintained at all times; and patients are treated with respect and dignity.\nAdditional responsibilities include:\nEmploys appropriate crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as required and according to policy and procedure.\nShuttles patients to appropriate places that are approved by appropriate supervisor.\nProtects patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements.\nMonitors vehicle condition and records malfunctioning items or damage and submits to manager.\nWhat we offer:\nFundamental to providing great care is supporting and rewarding our team.
