This role will be hybrid in Halifax, NS, or fully remote within the Eastern, or Atlantic time zones in Canada.\nReporting to the Chief Innovation Officer, You will be responsible for defining product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the development of innovative intelligence tools that address our customers' most critical needs. This role requires a deep understanding of OSINT methodologies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into user-centric solutions.\n\nWhat you do as the Senior Product Manager at Liferaft\nProduct Line Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate a compelling product roadmap aligned with company goals and market needs.\nCustomer & Market Research: Conduct user research, analyze industry trends, and engage with customers to identify opportunities and pain points.\nCross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to drive product development and ensure successful execution.\nContinuous Discovery: Ensure that you and the team continue to learn and measure before, during and after a product’s launch phases. \nData-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and user feedback to measure product performance and guide iterative improvements.\nStakeholder Communication: Present product updates, roadmaps, and business cases to executives and key stakeholders.\nRegulatory & Ethical Considerations: Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and security best practices in OSINT applications.\nGuidance and Mentorship: As a senior member of the Product Team, you will be looked upon for mentorship and guidance related to the product and/or customer and industry problems to solve.\nRequirements\nWhat You Need to Get the Job Done\n5+ years of product management experience, preferably in the OSINT, cybersecurity, intelligence, or data analytics space. \nWe will value prior experience in the intelligence space as an intelligence analyst or similar roles.\nStrong technical acumen with an understanding of AI both as an internal enablement tool and embedded in product workflows.\nProven track record of launching successful B2B SaaS products.\nExperience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nPassion for intelligence, security, and leveraging technology for actionable insights.\nBenefits\nWhy Liferaft?\nWe pride ourselves on our innovative spirit and determination to help solve new challenges developed by the complexities of open source data.
