Join our top-notch Culinary team as our new Dietary Assistant Lead today!\nA few details about the role:\nProvide and maintain a high level of resident and guest engagement.\nOversee the distribution of meals according to diet orders. Align quality, quantity, and temperature control with menu items.\nProvide work direction and assignments to dietary aides.\nCommunicate on-going performance feedback.\nOrient new team members on department procedures. Teach team members the proper use of all department equipment.\nInitiate menu counts of normal diets and special diets and provide weekly tally/production sheets. Print and distribute resident dietary cards.\nControl itemized food, beverage, and supply inventory. Maintain inventory par levels, track inventory and supplies.\nRecord daily logs, temperature readings and audit for dates listed on stored food and supplies.\nFacilitate the safety, maintenance, and cleanliness of dining rooms, serving kitchens, and workstations.\nAnd here’s what you need to apply:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.
