are looking for a Senior System Engineer to join our IT team and play a key role in managing, securing and modernising LifeStar's infrastructure environment.\nThe successful candidate will have strong experience in Windows and Linux infrastructure, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, networking, cloud platforms and security technologies, with the ability to work across on-premises and cloud environments.\n\nMain tasks and responsibilities:\nDesign, implement and maintain secure, reliable and scalable IT infrastructure.\n\nManage Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune and Microsoft 365 environments.\n\nManage and optimise Microsoft Azure and AWS infrastructure and services.\n\nSupport and lead infrastructure migration, modernisation and cloud transformation initiatives.\n\nManage network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, switches and related technologies. \n\nImplement and maintain monitoring, logging, SIEM and security integrations.\n\nImplement and manage RMM and endpoint management solutions.\n\nDevelop and maintain scripts, automation and technical solutions to improve infrastructure and operational efficiency.\n\nTroubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking, security and system issues.\n\nWork with internal teams, vendors and technology partners to deliver infrastructure projects.\n\nMaintain technical documentation, standards and operational procedures.\n\nEnsure infrastructure changes follow appropriate security, governance and change management processes.\n\nProvide clear and timely reporting to management on infrastructure status, risks, incidents and projects.\n\nQualifications and skills:\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related field.\n\n5+ years of experience in systems or infrastructure engineering.\n\nStrong experience with Windows Server and Linux.\n\nStrong knowledge and hands-on experience with Group Policy (GPO) management and administration.\n\nStrong practical knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune.\n\nProven experience managing Azure and AWS environments.\n\nStrong knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP and TCP / IP.\n\nExperience with SIEM, security monitoring and centralised logging.\n\nExperience with endpoint management and / or RMM solutions.\n\nStrong PowerShell and scripting skills.\n\nExperience with infrastructure migration, hybrid environments and cloud transformation.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\n\nGood communication skills, with the ability to report clearly and proactively to management.\n\nStrong team mindset and willingness to collaborate, share knowledge and support colleagues.\n\nExperience in a regulated environment and relevant security or IT governance knowledge would be an advantage.\n\nRelevant Microsoft, Azure, AWS or security certifications would
