You will be introducing new members to our housing concept over the phone or on a video call and handling all (e-mail and video call) contact afterwards to get them set up with the perfect home. \nBeing part of a fast-paced startup, you will have the chance to grow and learn all about inbound sales and pipeline management. As a part of the Marketing team, you will be working closely with Sales & Marketing Specialist.\nWe have a cozy office in Vesterbro but it is also possible to work from home. We are looking for someone to join us from January 2027 onwards for a period of 6 months for 20 hours per week with a possibility of renewal. \n\nWHAT WILL YOU BE DOING Reaching out to potential new members who have signed up on our website by phone and e-mail as well as third party listing sites\n\nConducting booked (video) calls with potential new members to promote LifeX's mission and values and excite applicants about joining the LifeX community\n\nProvide support to help new members choose their ideal home and get through the next steps smoothly\n\nSending out contracts and coordinating with our local Community and Operations Team on the ground to ensure a smooth handover.\n\nHandle incoming inquiries from our housing listing portals and keep our listings up to date.\n\nGather and streamline data that will help the Marketing Team improve lead quality.\n\nWHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED You are not afraid of picking up the phone and talking to people from all over the world. You can make them feel comfortable and welcome with your service-oriented, enthusiastic, and sincere personality. \n\nExcellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. You need to be able to juggle multiple tasks and manage a lot of information coming at you from various channels.\n\nAmbition to succeed and a self-motivator. You will get a lot of ownership and freedom to improve processes.\n\nGeneral computer skills and the ability to pick up new tools. We have our own software to manage our listings which you will need to learn.
