change requests during projects and preparing proposals for additional work\nHanding over technical information to project managers and installation and maintenance supervisors\nDelivering technical training to sales, installation and maintenance teams\nManaging the engineering part of modernization works (component upgrades, full replacement, installation of elevators in existing buildings)\nTələblər\nRequirements\nHigher education in engineering (mechanical, electrical engineering or a related field)\nAt least 2 years of relevant engineering experience in vertical transportation systems, building engineering systems or electromechanical equipment\nKnowledge of new construction and building modernization processes\nGeneral understanding of different building types (residential, office, commercial, infrastructure, healthcare facilities)\nAbility to translate customer requirements into technical specifications\nKnowledge of standards and regulations related to elevators and escalators\nProficiency in AutoCAD\nKnowledge of the principles of calculating the total project cost\nExperience in conducting technical site surveys and improving work
