And we have a culture of service and support that puts customer satisfaction first.\nJob Purpose:\nAssist the branch in communicating with customers, entering orders, troubleshooting issues and other various administrative duties.\nKey Duties and Responsibilities:\nSource new sales growth opportunities through inbound lead follow up, proactive calls and emails. \nRecord, track, and follow up on quotes/estimates. \nAssist in greeting customers and aiding with recommendations of product type, quality, and quantity of merchandise sought for purchase. \nCompute charges for merchandise or services and handles payments in a timely and professional manner.\nAssisting in corporate inventory controls. \nRoute qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.\nAssist branch in administrative functions such as recordkeeping, billing, time and attendance, accounting functions and communication with corporate departments.\nPerform other functions as required.\nJob Requirements:\nAttention to detail and accuracy\nExcellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)\nStrong phone etiquette and experience dialing multiple calls per day\nExcellent written and oral communication skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (At least 1 year required)\nAt least 5 years of sales experience preferred (Inside or Outside), preferably in an industrial environment (manufacturing, distribution, oil & gas, etc)\nHigh sense of urgency in regards to deadlines\nSelf reliance, lack of supervision required in daily tasks \nWillingness to reach out to potential or existing customers with a helpful attitude \nMust be willing to work rotating Saturdays\nMust be able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical if applicable\nMust be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship\nBishop Lifting Products, Inc. and it’s subsidiaries are an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.\nQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status.\nAre you looking for an opportunity to become part of a rapidly-growing industry?
